Hello readers. I know it has been a while since I have posted, but it was of top priority that I forward my discoveries to you. As you may have already known, I love Mass Effect. I started the franchise earlier this year, and have played each game multiple times. What makes the series so worthwhile is the believable characters and the richly explored universe and lore. Last night, while driving home from a friend’s house, I made a disturbing discovery that not only degrades BioWare’s “creativity”, but puts each and every one of us in danger.
It turns out that the plot of Mass Effect may not be as original as BioWare would have us believe. In fact, I would go as far as to say that Mass Effect is blatant theft. No, this is nothing like that Assassin’s Creed case that was dropped sometime in May. This is different. This is serious.
BioWare has not stolen their plot from existing material. Instead, BioWare’s epic trilogy is merely the retelling of real-world events. The crime here is keeping the forthcoming tragedy a secret. The Reapers. Mass Relays. The Citadel. All of it true. Whereas in Mass Effect, humans have made these discoveries, the unfortunate truth here is that we have no real defence against the Reapers.
This might sound like a bit of a stretch, but there is clear evidence. Take a look at the original Mass Effect (2007). The antagonist of the game is a Turian named Saren. Early in the game, you discover that Saren is indoctrinated. Indoctrination is described as a form of mind-control that disables the victim from making independent thoughts. The Reapers, a greater threat locked away in dark space, are the ones utilizing this tactic in order to take us down from the inside. I write to you today claiming that Nicki Minaj, popular songwriter and performer, is indeed indoctrinated by the Reapers.
The resemblance is uncanny
Similar appearances aside, Nicki Minaj’s latest song gives us all the evidence we need to make accusations of these heights. Much like Saren, Minaj has been in contact with the Reapers. First, take a listen to the sound of the Reapers. Ignoring the mechanical snapping in the first seconds of the video, the “horn” is what I want you to keep fresh in your mind. This horn is heard countless times during the final act of the trilogy, but is referred to several times throughout the series. Make no mistake, this is the sound of The Reapers.
Now take a listen to the chorus in “Pound The Alarm” by Nicki Minaj. At 1:06, a Reaper can clearly be heard. This is undeniable proof that the Reaper threat exists, and Nicki Minaj is in contact with them (most likely Soveriegn, if the events in Mass Effect are to be viewed as a guideline to our reckoning). Unfortunately, there is not much we can do. In our final moments of peace, I want to leave you with the strong words of Admiral Hackett;
“Never before have we faced an enemy such as this. The Reapers will show us no mercy, we must give them no quarter. They will terrorize our populations. We must stand fast in the face of that terror. They will advance until our last city falls, but we will not fall. We will prevail. Each of us will be defined by our actions in the coming battle. Stand fast, stand strong. Stand together.”
